  • You must return the product within 14 days from the date of you receive the item.
  • The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return process will be based on the purchase price of the product.
  • The purchase price of the product to be returned will be credited to the account on which the return process will be made.
  • The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept return or exchange for the item which we listed below,

*Products that break after using at least once,

*The product change you want to make due to the wrong color selection of the products,

*Returns of products that were shipped on time due to delayed deliveries.
